Point-and-click configuration changes
Since the software design is modular and extremely configurable, typical modifications to the base product are point and click configuration changes. 

Design modifications and custom code modifications
If your unique requirements need design modifications and / or software code modifications to an existing product, we can provide services to implement these changes.   We will support all custom changes to our product throughout it's version upgrades.

If you have a need for a custom application, we can build it for you. 

Future Product - You and abacusBPM share development costs
If the custom application requested by you could potentially be used by our clients, then we are willing to negotiate an agreement to share the development costs. In this model, you get the application you need at half the cost and abacusBPM will reserve the right to sell the application to other clients.

One-off-Application - You have an unique need
If the custom application requested by you is very unique, then we can develop and implement the solution to meet your exact needs.

If you require our product(s) to interface with your enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, EDMS, CMMS, etc.), we can build these interfaces for you. 

If you require to migrate legacy / existing data into any of our products, we can provide migration services to design, build and validate migration applications.
